Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase, or permission from a parent or guardian where applicable. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or use another person’s information without authorization.

Products & descriptions

Review the product description, garment size guide, and safety instructions before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. This does not remove your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.

The Cuddle Hoodie is adult apparel with an open pet pouch, not a pet carrier or restraint. A safe pet weight capacity has not been verified. Follow the product page’s safety instructions and keep your pet fully supported during supervised, seated use.

Prices, payment & promotions

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional codes must satisfy their stated conditions and be entered before payment. Changes to prices or promotions apply to future orders, not retroactively to accepted orders.

Orders & availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or there is a material listing or pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding with any change. If we cannot fulfill an order or cancel it, we will refund the affected amount paid. We will not charge you a higher price without your agreement.

Shipping, cancellations & returns

Contact us before sending any item back. For purchases made through a marketplace such as TikTok Shop, its applicable transaction and return rules also apply.
